ServicesHodder Sparkle & Shine provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Sylvan Lake and surrounding areas. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling may change without notice.
Quotes and EstimatesQuotes are based on information provided by the customer and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from those disclosed during the estimate process.
Appointments and SchedulingCustomers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring access to the property at the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.
Payment TermsPayment is due according to the terms outlined on invoices provided by Hodder Sparkle & Shine. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellations and ReschedulingCustomers should provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Late cancellations may be subject to fees at the company's discretion.
Satisfaction ConcernsIf you are dissatisfied with a cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may address the concern.
SMS Terms and ConditionsBy opting into SMS communications from Hodder Sparkle & Shine, you agree to receive text messages related to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service notifications, customer service communications, and promotional offers and updates where consent has been provided.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Limitation of LiabilityHodder Sparkle & Shine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
